It is open to everyone of any gender, from absolute beginners to seasoned players. Full coaching and training will be given!  Fun, exercise, team work are key ingredients.

Casual training clothing is appropriate, nothing special, but trainers must have non-marking soles. All equipment will be provided. Participants do so at their own risk.
